Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented temporary Finance Coordinator to assist in the day‑to‑day financial operations of our organization. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, generating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Process and record financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies or irregularities.
- Track and maintain records of vendor contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, tracking financial performance against budgets.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Stay up‑to‑date with financial regulations, best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and continuously improve financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to support financial decision‑making and achieve organizational goals.

Required Competencies- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial practices, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with an ability to identify and resolve financial issues.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Professional certification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a plus.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as Quick Books (desktop preferred), Microsoft Excel, or other accounting software.
