Whether y ou're welcoming families, helping guests navigate the trail, serving treats, or keeping the evening running smoothly, y ou'll play a n important role in bringing Michigan's most immersive nighttime experience to life.

As a Glenlore Brand Ambassador, you'll be assigned to the role that best matches your strengths. Opportunities include:

• Welcome and assist guests throughout the experience
• Help create a safe, engaging, and magical atmosphere on the trail
• Communicate with our technical team to ensure activations are fully operational
• Monitor trail areas and support nightly setup and closing
• Answer guest questions and assist with way finding
• Be the first smiling face guests see
• Scan tickets and assist with arrivals
• Help guests with questions before entering the trail
• Keep entry lines organized and efficient

• Serve beverages, snacks, and seasonal treats
• Help guests discover fun merchandise and interactive items
• Operate point-of-sale systems (training provided)
• Keep concession areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Welcome guests as they arrive
• Direct traffic safely and efficiently
• Assist with signage, barricades, and parking flow
• Help create a positive first and last impression

• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to their team
• Positive with a "jump in and help" attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communicators who stay calm under pressure
  
  Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
• Team players who take pride in their work

Customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or restaurant experience is a plus, but a great attitude matters even more!

Our season runs from September through early January .

Most shifts take place:

• Thursday through Sunday evenings
• Approximately sunset through midnight (hours vary slightly throughout the season)
• Training provided before opening

All positions require arriving before guests for setup and staying after closing for cleanup.
