ECommerce Coordinator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support the management and optimization of our Shopify‑based online store. This role will help maintain site content, improve the user experience, evaluate new tools and integrations, and support ongoing ecommerce initiatives.

The selected candidate has experience working with the Shopify platform, understands ecommerce best practices, and collaborating with marketing, design, and technical teams to improve the online shopping experience.

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations within the Shopify platform, including products, collections, pages, and site content
• Assist with implementing site updates, promotions, and new features within Shopify
• Support user experience (UX) improvements to enhance navigation, product discovery, and conversion performance
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on ecommerce initiatives, campaigns, and site enhancements
• Evaluate and test third‑party Shopify apps and integrations to ensure they meet business and technical requirements
• Help manage integrations between Shopify and external systems including Hub Spot CRM, analytics tools, inventory systems, or other data sources
• Optimize site content and product pages for SEO, Google Shopping visibility, and overall ecommerce performance
• Assist with troubleshooting site issues and supporting ongoing improvements to site performance and functionality
• All other duties as assigned.

• Experience managing or supporting Shopify Plus eCommerce websites
• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and user experience principles
• Proficiency working within the Shopify admin interface
• Experience evaluating or implementing Shopify apps and integrations
  
  Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to implement website updates and improvements
• Experience working with external integrations or data sources such as CRM, analytics, or marketing platforms
• Experience with Hub Spot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

• 1–3 years of experience working in eCommerce, Shopify, and digital marketing environments
• Completion of Shopify certifications
• Familiarity with Hub Spot
• Experience working with Google tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, or Google Ads
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Liquid through coursework, certifications, or hands‑on experience

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment needed to perform daily essential functions.
• Must be able to see, read, and speak clearly to be able to complete forms, documents, and other materials in the course of daily duties.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
• Commit to putting safety first in all aspects of work.

This role may require local and international travel. Employees must have and maintain active copies of all necessary paperwork for travel locally and internationally.
