Our client is seeking a customer-focused Local CDL Delivery Driver & Yard Specialist to join their team for a hands-on, outdoor role. The primary objective is to provide professional delivery services, ensure the safe transportation and care of plant materials, and support the yard team. This position offers a steady schedule of 40+ hours per week, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with seasonal Saturday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. between April 1st and October 1st.

Responsibilities- Deliver plant material safely and efficiently to customer sites.
- Prepare plant material carefully for customer deliveries.
- Load plant material securely into company trucks.
- Maintain the delivery fleet and associated equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
- Unload and process incoming plant shipments in the nursery yard.
- Plant, pot, and maintain container-grown shrubs, trees, and perennials.
- Assist the team with harvesting field-grown trees as needed.
- Possess a valid CDL Class A license with an air brakes endorsement (Required).
- Demonstrate the ability to safely lift heavy materials on a regular basis.
- Exhibit the physical ability to work outdoors effectively in all weather conditions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly detail-oriented.
- Possess a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude.
- Bring prior plant knowledge (Preferred, but not required).
- Speak Spanish (Beneficial, but not essential for the role).
- $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
