Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm and rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Remain on the move and be willing to work on your feet for extended periods and over time as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call, depending on business needs.
- Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any instructions given by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical demands:
The employee must be qualified to perform tasks such as lifting products up to 80 pounds, exerting a pushing force up to 40 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working at heights of 25 feet. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment:
The employee may be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Adherence to all company safety policies and regulations.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (without testing for THC/marijuana).
