Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent

Basic reading and math skills

Willing to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or overtime based on business needs

Ability to maintain a clean work environment

Ability to submit accurate, timely, and complete production paper work Ability to follow written instructions with attention to detail

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to quickly move hands to manipulate or assemble product

Ability to quickly and repeatedly bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body or arms and legs Expectations/Other Skills Positive attitude, good attendance record, proven work ethic

Ability to strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP practices and guidelines

Willingness to communicate with leadership about potential problems or process improvements

Commitment to continuous improvement

Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
