We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our team in Wixom, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to safety and quality standards
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Load raw materials and unload finished products
• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and report defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
