Set up of all CNC and secondary equipment in an efficient manner;
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to set ups and process concerns;
Manage tool life, insert and tool changes, and orderly control and storage of tooling and all aspects dealing with Set ups and day to day manufacturing;
Assist with training machine operators;
Loading the saw and ensuring quality and correct bar stock when needed
