Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

A Production Operator role is available in Wixom, MI. The position involves producing acoustic solutions for automotive mufflers, primarily filling bags with fiberglass and ensuring high quality while maintaining safety and production standards. The role requires the ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Fill bags with fiberglass to meet production schedules.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Operate forklift (previous experience a plus; also serve as a back‑up forklift operator).
• Wear required PPE, including safety toe shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean workstation and machine area.
• Stand in one area for long periods and work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.
• Fill out and maintain production paperwork requiring basic math.
• Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• English reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform additional tasks.
• Proven work history.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Mechanical or maintenance experience.
• Forklift driving experience.
