Production Worker

Production Associate positions available at our client location in Wixom, Michigan who is a growing manufacturing company.

This is a possible contract to hire opportunity. These are immediate openings! The production associate will support operations in winding, braiding, assembly, and final prep. This hands-on role includes equipment operation, quality control, and production support in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Pay rate is $18.00 an hour. Will train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift.

Hours will be:
1st shift-8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
2nd shift- 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Will train on 1st shift for approximately 2-3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate and maintain production machinery
-Perform inspections and meet quality standards
-Use handheld tools
-Support setup, changeover, and production processes
-Troubleshoot minor issues and contribute to improvements
-Follow safety protocols and complete documentation

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
-1–2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred
-Prior experience working with handheld tools such as drills, crimping machines, clamps etc.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from time to time
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
-Comfortable with physical tasks and PPE use
