We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our production team as a Waterjet Foam Puller Team Member
.

Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Night Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Saturdays and/or overtime may be required based on business needs.

• Remove finished foam parts from the production line as they come off the waterjet cutting process
• Verify that parts match production requirements and customer specifications
• Visually inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout production
• Sort, stack, and organize foam parts for packaging or the next stage of production
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and stack foam parts as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify correct parts and quantities
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation and be on time daily
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
