Home Health Nurse- LPN​/RN

About the Role

We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the Wixom area to provide home care to pediatric patients. The pediatric population ranges from birth to 21 years of age.

• Weekly pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour.
• Day shift only; no strict shift mandates—your schedule can be customized.

• Provide skilled nursing care, including trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, and more.
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as repositioning, hygiene, and mobility.
• Support patient well‑being with compassionate, attentive care.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team.

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long‑term care preferred.
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus; trach/vent knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient‑centered care.
