Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, and resets to drive sales and maintain visual standards;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet sales goals and guest engagement;

Support store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention;
Coach and train team on visual merchandising and monitor store scorecard metrics to improve performance
