Overview

We are looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewalby Andersen, the #1 window and door manufacturer in the country. This part‑time, flexible position is at our premier retail partner locations throughout the Detroit metro area.

As a Retail Marketing Associate you will meet prospective customers in store, schedule a no‑cost appointment with a Renewalby Andersen window expert, and help grow the brand’s footprint.

• Talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no‑cost appointment with a Renewalby Andersen window expert.
• Attend paid training and apply the proven marketing methodology to ensure success.
• Follow up with feedback and info recaps with the team for next steps.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A true people person who is motivated to help build the RBA footprint.
• Dedicated and dependable team player.
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Base pay is $16 per hour, plus up to $1,200 weekly commission. Pay is based on experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and other factors.
