Seasonal Retail Support Associate

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to help deliver a straightforward, customer-focused store experience. In this temporary role, you'll welcome shoppers, answer product questions, and handle transactions while reflecting our practical, good-humored brand. You'll support merchandising, stocking, and inventory recovery to keep the sales floor full, clean, and organized. Working closely with teammates and leaders, you'll assist during peak traffic times and promotions, helping maintain Duluth's high standards of service and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service on the sales floor and at checkout
• Support merchandise flow, including stocking, restocking, and inventory recovery
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom areas
• Assist with setting displays and signage that reflect Duluth Trading brand standards
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and answer product questions
• Support peak traffic periods, promotions, and holiday events with flexible availability
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet daily sales and service goals
• Uphold loss prevention, safety, and company policy standards at all times
