The ATE Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Wixom, Michigan. This role will involve driving sales strategies for automated test equipment (ATE) solutions, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams to propose tailored solutions, delivering product presentations, and providing exceptional customer support. The role requires market insights to understand customer needs and ensure long‑term growth in the assigned territory.

• Strong technical understanding of automated test equipment, programmable power supplies, measurement instruments, and power test systems
• Proven sales experience, client relationship management, and business development skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills for engaging with diverse clients
• Problem‑solving, analytical, and strategic planning abilities
• Familiarity with industry standards in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and renewable energy is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as required to support sales activities and customer engagements
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software applications
