Spare Parts Sales Coordinator

100% onsite - 5 days/week

About the Role
The Sales Coordinator supports Kawasaki Robotics' Aftermarket Spare Parts team by managing order intake, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring a smooth sales-to-fulfillment process. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting a sales team, working with systems like SAP, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Coordinate spare parts orders, including PO entry, order changes, and acknowledgements.
- Communicate lead times, shipping details, and order status.
- Support the sales team with order processing, inventory coordination, and purchasing support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell parts and services.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP
- Assist with improving processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree preferred. - Experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or order management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Recent SAP experience preferred
