Job Title:

Marketing Assistant (Dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate) in Wixom, MI (Onsite) – Full‑time.

U.S. Servico, Inc. is a 60‑year‑old company providing essential sanitation and disinfection services. We seek energetic, driven individuals to join our team and support aggressive lead generation, sales process development, and market expansion in the Metro Detroit area and beyond.

Core Responsibilities & Impact
  • Generate new leads through our lead generators.
  • Help develop a stronger website and social media presence.
  • Assist in the handoff of all bids to the Sales Director.
  • Support the sales manager in developing the sales and marketing department.
  • Support ongoing marketing efforts, including content creation, communications, and campaign coordination.
  • Develop and follow up on business leads using cold calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Run your own KPIs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications
