Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Wixom

Overview

We are seeking outgoing, people-oriented marketers for a part‑time, flexible retail and event marketing role at Renewal by Andersen. The position is based at our premier retail partner locations throughout the Detroit metro area, and you determine how much you earn through base pay plus commission.

• Talk to prospective customers in store to schedule no‑cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
• Attend paid training and follow our proven marketing methodology to maximize success.
• Follow up with the team to provide feedback, information recaps, and next steps, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal skills; a true people person.
• Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
• Dedicated, dependable team player.
• Available during weekdays and weekends.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• $16 hourly base pay plus up to $1,200 weekly commission.
