Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, warranty/campaign service, preventative maintenance, and equipment modifications of Generac industrial products;
Perform scheduled inspections and analyze voltage requirements;
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair and perform maintenance on equipment according to standard procedures;
Train and educate customers on the use of equipment;
Maintain accurate records of all services performed, mileage, expenses, and billable hours
