Experienced Service Technician

Job Description

Repair and maintain HVAC systems. Service a variety of heating and cooling units for residential and commercial customers.

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Schedule work 40 to 50 hours per week, with voluntary options for additional hours.
• Seek opportunities for learning and continually improve technical skills.
• Complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a strong work ethic.
• Interact with customers daily, expressing knowledge of company programs and deals.

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Mechanically inclined and unwilling to cut corners.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Desire to start or further a full‑time career in HVAC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pass a driving record check and maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screening and periodic drug screenings.
• Hold OSHA and EPA certifications or be willing to obtain them.
• Ability to practice brand awareness and express knowledge of company deals and programs.

$43,000.00 – $ per year

Day shift Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. 40–50 hour work schedules available, with voluntary options to sign up for additional hours.
