Kerry Brothers Truck Repair is a growing, family-owned heavy-duty truck repair company dedicated to providing dependable, high-quality service to our customers and their fleets. Our team works together to keep trucks on the road while providing the communication, honesty, and service our customers expect.

We are looking for an Experienced Heavy-Duty Service Advisor to join our Wixom team. This position is ideal for someone who understands the heavy-duty truck repair industry, communicates well with both customers and technicians, and can confidently manage repair orders from initial write-up through completion.

As a Heavy-Duty Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary connection between our customers and our technicians. You will help identify customer concerns, communicate repair needs, prepare estimates, obtain approvals, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and gather accurate information regarding vehicle concerns and requested repairs.
• Create and manage repair orders from initial write-up through completion.
• Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians.
