Drive company trucks and load/unload materials to meet or exceed customer expectations by delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

• Be familiar with the delivery territory and complete routes efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to operate trucks safely and obey and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• Unload and load materials and shipments, handling with care
• Make timely deliveries while maintaining a friendly, helpful relationship with customers.
• Secure all materials to prevent accidents, damage, and/or loss.
• Accurately complete driver logs, including stops, hours of operation, and vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to federal, state, local driving laws and DOT and FMCSA regulations, such as pre-trip inspections and driver logs.
• Maintain vehicle fluid levels, air pressures, and vehicle cleanliness inside and out.
• Back up warehouse personnel
• Effective use of cell phone and hands-free equipment while driving
• Working knowledge of federal, state, local driving laws, DOT and FMCSA regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; or
• Two years commercial driving experience; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Valid Chauffeurs License - with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass operator exam and drive powered industrial equipment
