Trillium Drivers is now seeking experienced Class A Regional Truck Drivers in Wixom, MI for a direct-hire opportunity!

Pay rate is $29.50 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday
- Friday. No weekends! This is first shift starting at 7AM but must be flexible.

Position Overview:

Primary role as a Class A Truck Driver. Operating an automatic transmission hauling batteries to automotive plants, dealerships, etc. Must be confident with backing into tighter areas. 95% of deliveries are no-touch. Any unloading that may be required will be done utilizing an electric pallet jack. This is a regional position. Drivers must be willing to stay overnight in a sleeper cab.

$55 per diem is given per night slept in the truck. Drivers must also have a minimum of 3 years of recent Class A experience.

Miscellaneous:
Must have a Hazmat endorsement. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Proper and thorough pre and post trips are crucial. Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, electronic logging devices, and hours of service rules. Driving company vehicle safely and responsibly per DOT regulations.

Must be customer service oriented and personable.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A license. At least 3+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. Hazmat endorsement is required. Valid DOT medical card. Clean MVR. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
