Shipping Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack, and ship orders

• Verify item counts and part numbers prior to packaging

• Package items securely to prevent damage

• Operate shipping platforms (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL)

• Prepare domestic and international shipments

• Band, wrap, and prepare pallets as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines

• Report discrepancies or issues

Qualifications

• Warehouse or shipping experience preferred

• Experience with UPS, Fed Ex, DHL is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Computer skills/ERP or Advance warehousing is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs/team lift 150 lbs

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.

• Fast-paced environment with daily shipping deadlines.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software;
Manufacturing
software;
Order processing systems;
Microsoft Excel and Word Processing software.

Certificates & Licenses
Valid Michigan Driver's License.

Ability to pass Hi-Lo Driver Exam and receive a Hi-lo License.
