- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and quality
- Accurately enter receipts into the system and ensure proper documentation
- Label, organize, and stage inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to buyer or quality
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders when volume requires
- Verify part numbers and quantities prior to shipment
- Support small parcel shipping using UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL
- Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills / ERP or Advance warehousing is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs /team lift 150 lbs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Warehouse environment with frequent lifting, standing, and movement
- Fast-paced setting with daily receiving deadlines
