Shipping Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and ship orders
• Verify item counts and part numbers prior to packaging
• Package items securely to prevent damage
• Operate shipping platforms (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL)
• Prepare domestic and international shipments
• Band, wrap, and prepare pallets as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines
• Report discrepancies or issues

• Warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Experience with UPS, Fed Ex, DHL is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer skills/ERP or Advanced warehousing is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs / team lift 150 lbs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software, Manufacturing software, Order processing systems, Microsoft Excel and Word Processing software.

• Valid Michigan Driver's License
• Ability to pass Hi-Lo Driver Exam and receive a Hi-lo License
