LED Inc. is a vertically integrated lighting and photonics platform operating multiple manufacturing and distribution divisions. We are a ~$24M private company focused on disciplined growth to $30M+ with operational stability and strong financial controls.

We are seeking a hands‑on Controller to own accounting accuracy, month‑end close, inventory integrity, and consolidated financial reporting across the 3

LED platform. This is an execution‑first accounting role. It is not a CFO‑track position.

The Controller will be responsible for the full‑cycle accounting function across multiple divisions, ensuring clean financial reporting, strong internal controls, and disciplined month‑end close processes. This role requires comfort working in operational environments, including time spent at manufacturing facilities to support inventory accounting and cost discipline.

• Own the monthly close process, including general ledger oversight, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage multi‑entity consolidations and intercompany accounting
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting, WIP tracking, and cost accounting
• Maintain GAAP‑compliant financial reporting
• Oversee financial statements and management reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting workflows
• Partner with division leaders to improve financial discipline and data accuracy
• Support ERP system usage and accounting process improvement
• Coordinate with external CPA firm on tax filings and audits
• Monitor cash flow and working capital

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven ownership of full month‑end close
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory‑intensive environments strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and reconciliations
• Experience with multi‑entity accounting and consolidations
• ERP experience (Net Suite, Rootstock, SAP, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred

• Is comfortable in the weeds — reconciliations, inventory cleanup, data accuracy
• Prefers hands‑on accounting over managing large teams
• Values disciplined execution and financial integrity
• Has worked in private company or owner‑operated environments
• Communicates clearly with operational leaders
• Is willing to spend time on‑site in manufacturing facilities
