Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are currently seeking candidates for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at a consumer goods company in Woburn, MA, 01801. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Accounts Receivable/Corporate Collections experience.
This is a 1-year temporary role with an opportunity for extension and/or permanent placement.
Hourly pay rate:
Between $23.00-$25.00 (based on relative work experience)
Starts May 12, 2026.
Responsibilities:- Daily processing (coding and entering) of customer payments
- Cash and account reconciliation
- Reconcile income payments with outstanding invoices
- Complete all Cash Transfer Requests
- Review and input transactions and payments
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to address inquiries and concerns promptly
- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable/Corporate Collections experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
