About the Position

As a BNN Tax Staff, you will be working directly with other BNN tax professionals to prepare federal and state tax returns and related work papers for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals, and trusts.

These tasks will require the gathering of relevant financial information and the assembly of such information into a work paper format. You will also utilize tax research tools to help determine the proper tax treatment of a variety of client transactions.

* Demonstrates working knowledge in tax preparation at both the federal and state(s) levels

* Effectively and timely clears review notes

* Is proficient in using standard software to perform and document work on tax engagements

* Effectively uses the firms tax reference materials in resolving issues

Education and Experience

* Bachelors degree in accounting or similar field

* Advanced degree in accounting preferred

* CPA certification (active or in process) preferred

* Minimum 3.0 GPA required

The expected salary range for candidates in the Massachusetts market is $62,521 $ 93,833 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
