Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

We've partnered with a fast-scaling client seeking a sharp, high-ownership Controller to lead accounting operations, treasury, and financial reporting.

We are looking for a hands-on accounting leader who takes full ownership of the numbers, maintains effortless real-time command of key metrics, and genuinely cares about the company's trajectory. This role is ideal for an agile professional eager to master the business mechanics, build out a scaling finance foundation, oversee operational/project accounting and actively advise leadership on key decisions driving short- and long-term growth.

The Controller will oversee all accounting and reporting for the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial execution. Core responsibilities include:

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and year-end GAAP closes, executive reporting, and accrual accounting while providing immediate operational commentary on financial performance.
• Directing rolling liquidity projections, daily banking administration, debt covenant tracking, and working capital strategy.
• Maintaining rigorous oversight of AP, billing, collections performance (DSO management), payroll admin, and fixed asset tracking.
• Driving purchase accounting, financial due diligence, chart of accounts unification, and workflow automation for add-on acquisitions.
• Servingas the primary liaison for external audit firms, risk management/insurance, and tax compliance across all operating units.
