Title: Real Estate Accountant
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + discretionary bonus

Real Estate Accountant Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant billing, billbacks, construction-related charges, and one-time billing items
• Maintain tenant ledgers and ensure accurate and timely billing
• Review lease abstracts and support new lease setup and activation
• Assist with CAM reconciliations and annual tenant billing adjustments
• Support tenant move-in and move-out accounting and documentation
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end accounting activities
• Partner with property management and leasing teams to resolve accounting and tenant-related items
• Provide additional support across property accounting functions as needed
Real Estate Accountant Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate accounting, property accounting, or a related accounting role
• Yardi experience required;
Quick Books experience is a plus
• Understanding of tenant billing, lease terms, CAM reconciliations, and billbacks preferred
• Strong accounting fundamentals with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fully in-office, team-oriented environment
