Project Coordinator I – Client Project Coordinator
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Overview: Join us as a Client Project Coordinator where you will provide critical administrative and coordination support to our Project Management team. In this on‑site role, you will act as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/login to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.
What You’ll Do- Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related information.
- Serve as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal Pace teams to ensure successful project setup.
- Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow‑up.
- Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs.
- Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed.
- Assist with project management and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Interpret and apply department policies and procedures; assist with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations with guidance as needed.
- Contribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestions for improvements.
- Promote Pace’s mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with clients and coworkers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Well‑organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference toward candidates with previous customer service experience.
