• Greeting and assisting guests, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an organized front desk area.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Supporting the team with additional duties as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as email and scheduling software.
• A professional and approachable attitude to represent Sanctuary Woburn.
