Job Summary
This job independently manages administrative support functions for senior management, focusing on efficiency and accuracy. It oversees the coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, while also providing reliable information management. The role is pivotal in maintaining corporate standards and serving as a knowledgeable resource within the administrative services domain.
Responsibilities- Screening and directing calls and visitors, providing informed responses to routine inquiries with autonomy
- Orchestrating the logistics for internal meetings, including the preparation of materials and equipment setup
- Managing the executive's calendar with minimal oversight, arranging appointments, and coordinating detailed travel plans
- Overseeing travel and expense reporting, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to financial reconciliations
- Demonstrating expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and email systems to enhance administrative efficiency
- Collecting and synthesizing information from multiple organizational tiers to prepare accurate reports for senior management
- Providing confidential support to senior management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Serving as an experienced resource for colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices in administrative functions
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
