Job Summary
Manager of Contracts – Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors (AISS) within RTX Advanced Technology organization. Lead contract management for radar and sensor development, including negotiation, administration, and program support.
Security ClearanceU.S. citizenship required. Active Secret Security Clearance required prior to start.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic contractual guidance and support across program and executive reviews.
- Negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate RFP/BAA reviews and manage proposal activities.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues.
- Interface with customers and internal partners to address contractual changes and issues.
- Support program management leadership, Office of General Counsel, and cross‑functional teams.
Contracting with multiple government and non‑government customers via traditional and non‑traditional vehicles; growth in fast‑paced competitive environments; experience managing large competitive awards and complex high‑value proposals.
QualificationsMust Have
- University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 8 years relevant experience (or advanced degree with minimum 5 years).
- Experience in U.S. Government contracting, FAR, DFARS.
- Strong business acumen, leadership aptitude, and self‑starter.
Preferred
- Active transferrable Top‑Secret clearance.
- Experience in classified environments.
- Contractual acumen with demonstrable proficiency in contract fundamentals.
- Experience with Other Transaction Agreements, IP, license or teaming agreements.
- Experience managing development contracts in a fast‑paced competitive environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Salary range: 107,500
USD – 204,500
