Required Skills & Experience

+ 5+ years of experience in SaaS, business operations, product management, customer success, or automotive technology

+ Experience launching, scaling, or growing a SaaS product or technology platform

+ Strong understanding of recurring revenue (SaaS) business models

+ Experience developing go-to-market strategies and driving customer adoption

+ Ability to gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements

+ Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations

+ Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Proven ability to build scalable processes and improve operational efficiency

What You Will Be Doing

+ Own day-to-day business operations for a high-growth SaaS platform

+ Develop and execute growth strategies that increase customer adoption and recurring revenue

+ Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities using customer feedback

+ Build scalable onboarding, implementation, and customer success programs

+ Establish KPIs and operational metrics to measure business performance

+ Develop go-to-market initiatives alongside Sales and Marketing

+ Build strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities

+ Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events

+ Serve as the voice of the customer while helping shape long-term product strategy
