Program Leaders run scheduled activities at programs and parties. They are expected to enforce established program guidelines and safety procedures effectively, with occasional direction from Supervisors and Executive Management.
Responsibilities- Checking students in and out
- Leading planned activities
- Conducting light classroom management
- Communicating with site coordinators
- Creating a fun, safe environment
- Weekdays between 2pm and 7pm
- Weekends between 9am and 6pm
- Two to five hour shifts at a time
- Running programs and parties
- Locations and program lengths vary, but travel and transition time is compensated as necessary
- Age 18+ with a valid license and vehicle
- Ideally available at least 3-5 days per week
- Enjoy being a leader and working with kids
- Positive attitude & work ethic
- Weekday and weekend availability preferred
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher, childcare provider, or similar role is preferred
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and patient
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
