Estimator – Commercial & Residential Construction
I'm partnering with a well-established General Contractor that is looking to add an experienced Estimator to its growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience estimating commercial and/or residential construction projects

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and supporting the preconstruction process from bid through award.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and/or residential construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
- Work closely with project managers and preconstruction teams throughout the bidding process.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
- Assist with bid submissions, budgeting, and project handover.
- 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial and/or residential construction.
- Experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Management firm preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with estimating software is a plus.
- Ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Public, multifamily, commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, or residential construction.
- Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously.
- Strong subcontractor and supplier relationships.
