- Hire qualified faculty while adhering to all HR regulations
- Ensure full onboarding completion (administrative, compliance, cultural)
- Produce faculty who feel welcomed, oriented, and supported
- Launch employees who understand and uphold our standards
- Lead ethical and generous HR processes (leaves, PFML, FMLA, terminations)
- Maintain 100% compliance in faculty files
- This role requires comfort with difficult conversations, clear standards, and accountability.
- Produce faculty satisfaction through meaningful check-ins
- Ensure teachers are keeping promises in the classroom
- Ensure policies are followed
- Lead leadership team members around their career growth, mood, and performance
- Build a culture where:
Standards are upheld, People attend events, Dissatisfactions are addressed appropriately (no gossip), Coaching is welcomed, Teams coordinate and cooperate effectively
- Onboard new families to produce exceptional first impressions
- Lead New Student Orientations
- Protect and strengthen parent satisfaction
- Deliver on promises related to education (Student Development Journey) and community experiences
- Communicate clearly during sensitive situations
- Produce regular check-ins with families
- Manage school expenses within budget
- Lead monthly and bi-monthly financial assessments
- Produce under-budget or at-budget outcomes
- Ensure payroll verification is completed on time
- Maintain full compliance with State, Federal, EEC, SEA, and Cognia standards
- Manage licensing renewals and LEAD portal requirements
- Ensure faculty and child files remain compliant at all times
- Produce outcomes required for relicensing
- Protect accreditation status
- You must be:
