A Fully Staffed, High-Performing School

* Hire qualified faculty while adhering to all HR regulations

* Ensure full onboarding completion (administrative, compliance, cultural)

* Produce faculty who feel welcomed, oriented, and supported

* Launch employees who understand and uphold our standards

* Lead ethical and generous HR processes (leaves, PFML, FMLA, terminations)

* Maintain 100% compliance in faculty files

This role requires comfort with difficult conversations, clear standards, and accountability.

* Ensure teachers are keeping promises in the classroom

Financial & Operational Discipline

* Manage school expenses within budget

* Lead monthly and bi-monthly financial assessments

* Produce under-budget or at-budget outcomes

* Ensure payroll verification is completed on time

Regulatory & Accreditation Excellence

* Maintain full compliance with State, Federal, EEC, SEA, and Cognia standards

* Manage licensing renewals and LEAD portal requirements

* Ensure faculty and child files remain compliant at all times

* Produce outcomes required for relicensing

* Protect accreditation status
