If you're a certified, experienced infant teacher who's tired of working in a negative environment, buying your own supplies, and taking planning home at night, read this carefully. At the Primrose School of Woburn, we have built something different.
What Your Day Actually Looks LikeYou teach alongside an equal partner. Every classroom at Primrose has two co-teachers. Not a lead and an assistant. Not a mentor and a mentee. Two teachers, with shared ownership and shared voice. You make decisions together, support each other throughout the day, and create a calm, consistent environment for the infants in your care.
Your Classroom Always Has The Coverage It DeservesEach classroom has a dedicated support teacher who knows your children, your routines, and your expectations. They help cover breaks, planning time, and days off, so your classroom continues to feel familiar and steady. For infants, consistency matters deeply, and we protect that.
You Have An Education Coach In Your Corner, Every DayEvery Primrose teacher is paired with a dedicated education coach. Not just for formal observations. Not just when something goes wrong. Every single day. Your coach is a thought partner, a resource, and an advocate who helps you continue growing as an early childhood educator. From your first day, your education coach will make sure you have what you need to feel successful in your role.
You will never face a challenging situation in your classroom alone.
We protect your planning time, on the clock, within your scheduled hours. We don't believe teachers should take work home. Your evenings and weekends are yours.
We Cover Everything Your Classroom NeedsAll materials, all resources, and all classroom supplies are fully provided by us. You will never pay out of your own pocket for your classroom.
Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a warm, skilled, experienced infant teacher who understands how important the first year of life is. You know that infant teaching is not just supervision. It is relationship-building, responsive caregiving, developmental support, family communication, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where each child can grow at their own pace. You are confident with infant routines, including feeding, diapering, naps, safe sleep practices, developmental play, classroom cleanliness, and daily communication with families.
You bring patience, consistency, professionalism, and a genuine love for caring for babies. You're not looking for a place to coast. You're looking for a school that takes infant care seriously, supports its teachers, and gives you the structure you need to do your best work.
