Job Description # Senior Systems Security Engineer (Anti-Tamper/Program Protection) - P3 (Onsite)
* Apply
** System Security Engineering (SSE)
** and cybersecurity principles to embedded and real‑time systems
* Support development of
** security requirements**, assessments, architecture inputs, and protection strategies
* Perform or support
** reverse engineering**, vulnerability analysis, and Anti‑Tamper evaluations
* Contribute to secure design, implementation, and testing activities for hardware and software systems
* Support the creation and maintenance of
** security documentation**, including technical assessments, risk reports, and compliance artifacts
* Collaborate with software, hardware, systems, and cybersecurity teams to ensure security requirements are implemented and validated
* Participate in design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and system integration activities
* Support secure configuration management practices and adherence to program security policies
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
*** Experience working in at least one of the following domains:  +
** System Security Engineering**  +
** Cybersecurity Engineering**  +

** Embedded system protection/security**  +
** Computer technology reverse engineering
*** Strong understanding of secure system design principles
* Demonstrated experience evaluating or protecting hardware/software systems
* Ability to start with an
** active Secret clearance** (transferable)- Minimum
** 5+ years
** of prior relevant engineering experience
* Experience applying security engineering across complex embedded, software, or hardware systems
* Familiarity with DoD security frameworks, system protection policies, or certification requirements
* Experience with vulnerability analysis tools or embedded cybersecurity assessment
* Understanding of system‑level requirements, specifications, and security control implementation
* Experience supporting technical reviews, audits, or compliance documentation
* Ability to work within interdisciplinary engineering teams
* Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
* Onsite, collaborative engineering environment
* Frequent interaction with systems, security, software, and hardware engineering teams
* Requires strong communication and the ability to work on sensitive, security‑relevant tasks
