Raytheon’s Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) program is looking for a Lead Radar Systems Engineer to support the AN/TPY-2 Radars. In this role, you will manage moderately scoped projects and processes, as well as conduct engineering tests to diagnose and resolve Radar system anomalies (such as REX, BSG, and Antenna/Sub‑Array/TRIMM issues). You will deliver weekly updates on engineering activities and maintain a Radar performance notebook that captures data including El Ops runs, satellite tracks, IMU measurements, and radar calibration results.
These notebook entries will be submitted to the Missile Defense Center (MDC) in Woburn, MA for performance monitoring, data analysis, and regression testing.
