Principal Systems Engineer to support X‑Band Radar technology at our Woburn, MA location, focusing on requirements verification, systems integration, and test tasks.

• Support the Systems Verification Lead on requirements verification task and scope planning, creating milestones, scheduling and managing competing task priorities, and customer presentations.
• Strengthen the team’s data analysis, requirements verification, systems integration, software development, and work with internal and external customers.
• Develop scenarios to support testing, data analysis, and software development.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to resolve radar technical issues.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, and/or Unix.
• Experience with Doors and systems integration, test, and/or verification.

• Experience compiling, summarizing, and presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers and collaborating across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Experience with risk and opportunity, coach teams in agile and Dev Sec Ops  processes, implement (or maintain) agile methodologies and participate executing the team’s backlog including performance analysis and issue investigation.
• Experience participating in daily standup meetings, monthly sprint reviews, quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings, retrospectives, and implementing best practices for predictable/repeatable workflows.
• Skilled in removing impediments, estimating task sizing, verifying backlog readiness for planning and execution, tracking/reporting team agile metrics, and facilitating new process and technology integration.
• Experience with analysis tools, hands‑on root cause identification, corrective action implementation, systems integration, systems verification, and working with customers to plan and execute program test activities.

Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
