Principal Systems Engineer – Long Range Radars (LRR) Department

• Analyze radar system performance data against requirements.
• Identify performance deficiencies and propose solutions.
• Define and prototype new algorithms to enhance system performance.
• Present plans, designs, and system performance to peers, internal leadership, and external customers.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with system concepts such as detection, discrimination, track, and/or signal processing algorithms.
• Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA and DOORS.
• Strong communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and leading development of technical solutions to challenging requirements.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in development and coding of system models, algorithms, test vectors, and analysis tools in support of radar requirements and performance.
• Experience in system‑level requirements development, documentation, and maintenance, and/or design of system‑level software architecture.

• Advanced knowledge of radar signal processing.
• Experience with test vector development.
• Strong experience with agile software development.
