Senior Systems Engineer - GLOBUS

Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer – GLOBUS Program (Long Range Radars)

Location: Woburn, MA (on‑site)

Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; U.S. Secret clearance required prior to start date, or ability to obtain interim clearance.

• Define radar system requirements and design corresponding architectures and algorithms.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective implementation of requirements.
• Analyze radar system performance data with respect to requirements.
• Identify performance deficiencies and propose solutions.
• Define and prototype new algorithms to enhance system performance.
• Present plans, designs, and system performance to peers, internal leadership, and external customers.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with system concepts such as detection, discrimination, track, and/or signal processing algorithms.

• Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and DOORS.
• Strong communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with customers and lead the development of technical solutions to challenging requirements.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with the development and coding of system models, algorithms, test vectors, and analysis tools to support radar requirements and performance.
• Experience with system‑level requirements development, documentation, and maintenance, and/or design of system‑level software architecture.

Salary Range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
