Training Development and Conduct Senior Section Leader
Location:
Woburn, MA or El Paso, TX. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.
- Develop the team through career discussions and training.
- Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team.
- Oversee line‑management activities for the section, including communication, performance impact, career development, and talent acquisition.
- Support department and directorate level initiatives.
- Review team timecards and Expense Statements.
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee personnel issue resolution.
- Adhere to and ensure alignment with Raytheon Technologies Values and Behaviors.
- Provide technical leadership and support to section members.
- Develop strategies for proposals and contract execution focused on delivering quality work products within budget.
- Travel up to 15% domestically.
You Must Have
- Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in training development and/or conducting training on high‑tech systems.
We Prefer
- Experience in radar systems, system requirements, and/or system test.
- Demonstrated understanding of program Technical Data Package, Change Notices (CNs)/ Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), technical manuals, and tool catalogs.
- Experience as a technical lead for Training and Graphics illustration teams.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system.
- Experience with Raytheon’s Proposal Capture Process, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and BOE certification.
