Senior Logistics Systems Engineer
Location:
Woburn, Massachusetts, United States (Onsite, U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance)
This role is within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radar department, responsible for ensuring products are safe, reliable, maintainable, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed logistics supportability analyses.
- Provisioning data for parts and spares analysis for hardware across product lines.
- Apply advanced logistics principles to design and implement complex program-level concepts and execution plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Chief Engineers, Program Directors, and Program Managers to ensure seamless integration of logistics strategies into overall program objectives.
- Create Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support proposal efforts and drive strategic decision‑making.
- Act as an interface between internal teams, stakeholders, and customer program leaders to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
- BA/BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Technical Data Packages such as drawings, parts lists and/or electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Solid Works or Creo View.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting system drawings.
- Proficiency in performing Spares Analysis and Spares List Development (e.g., Poisson‑Based Statistical Analysis, OPUS Suite, or similar tools).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware repair and maintenance.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Knowledge of Logistics Product Data (LPD) development and maintenance per standards such as GEIA‑STD‑0007 or MIL‑STD‑1388‑2B.
- Familiarity with software tools such as EAGLE, POWERLOG, or SLICWave.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Control Account Management (CAM).
- Familiarity with U.S. military supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Annual salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
