Apex Companies, LLC in New England is hiring a Resident Project Representative to support our Water/Wastewater practice in the Northeast (MA/RI). This role does not require a fixed office, but you must be within driving distance of projects.
You will observe construction, monitor contractor compliance with specs and permits, review submittals and pay estimates, coordinate subconsultants, and prepare progress reports while collaborating with engineers, PMs and owners.
